I did taken off all my merchandise through the frig and freezer 2 times and needed to set it again twice and and lost a lots of meals to spoilage buy now and took six months of battling but I have a whole new $18,000 fridge (paid out 5k considerably less at outlet retailer) put in. Thank my Blessed
